2. Privileges of this Membership
1) You are entitled to more than Rs.10,000 worth of books and DVDs Spread out and published throughout in the years 2009, 2010 and 2011, month after month to enrich your life and the lives of the members of your family or your organisation.
The topics cover the following: Family, Self Development, Psychology,Life Skills, Internet & Web, Technologies, Communication and mass media, Employment, Social Development, Management, Leadership, Youth, Children, Education, Ecology, Salesiana, Don Bosco’s System of Education, Bible, Religion, Women, Computer, Catechetics, Career etc.,
You can choose any 12 topics from the above when you fill the membership form. You get five books each and a DVD every month or every other month depending upon the topics selected.
However you can avail all 24 topics by paying an extra top up of Rs.2000

3. How to Become a Member
All you need to do is to register yourself with a payment of Rs. 3000 before the last day announced in Don Bosco Magazine or intimated to you through e-mail. Fill up the forms attached along with this and send it to usOn receipt of your application, you will be sent the membership card and the coupons for 60 books which will be published month after month. You will be intimated to collect your gifts from the nearest Don Bosco Centre or other centres mentioned to you personally. The address and the phone numbers of the nearest collection centre will be intimated to you according to your place of residence. You can collect the books and DVDs sent for you every month from those centres with your coupons. A special code printed on the coupon will identify you as a special member. And you will be a valuable member of the Don Bosco Gold Readers Club Membership programme.

5. The Collection Centres in India?
There are collection centres all over India particularly in the main cities and towns which will be intimated to you with your reply card that comes along with your coupons. To collect your books from the nearby Don Bosco book house kindly take with yourself the red colour coupon of the respective months and give it to the one incharge of the centre for DB Gold Readers Club Membership. You can also call up the respective centre before you go to verify whether your gifts have arrived.

6. The Collection Coupons
The collection coupons are the most precious keys to help you to stay connected with the rest of the readers. Only by handing over the right coupon with the right coupon code will you be given the gift meant for you. Under no circumstance will you be given another set of coupons to collect your books in the collection centres you can, of course, collect your gifts by paying Rs.250 and collect your duplicate coupons from the main office. With the new number only you will be able to get the gifts sent to you. Kindly keep them in a safe place only to be retrieved from your safe once every month. Do not forget to take with you the right coupon with the right code. Your gifts will be refused to you if you do not take the right coupon. We seek your utmost cooperation in this regard.
7. Lost your Card/Coupon?
Should you lose your coupon, you will be given another coupon by paying Rs. 250/-. Similarly you can apply for new membership card if you lose your membership card. You can apply again for another membership card mentioning a secret number that would be written on your coupon. To avail the Duplicate membership card please send us Rs.100/- as M.O / D.D/ Cheque drawn in favour of “Don Bosco Magazine.” payable at Chennai.

8. Help Desk and Helpline
The help desk and helpline is established to make this service more meaningful to you and to make your membership more enriching. This helpline and help desk will be available from 10am to 5.30pm. You are most welcome to call up and to clarify about the doubts you have regarding Don Bosco Gold Readers Club Membership. You can also ring up and find out when your books are posted and when they will arrive at the respective collection centre. Do not forget that you will have better access also to the nearest collection centre over the telephone, since it will help you reduce your phone call charges.

9. Change of Contact Details
If ever you shift your residence to another place, or if you change your telephone number, do send us a post card and intimate your change of address with the complete postal address with the pin code in BLOCK letters along with your coupon code. If you do not let us know in time, you will not be receiving the books and Don Bosco Magazine will not be held responsible for not sending you the books to the new address. Do give us 30 working days for the change of address to take effect.

10.Terms and Condition
General conditions
• Gold Readers Club Membership is open to Indian Citizens above 18 years of age only.
• Gold Readers Club Membership Card / Gold Readers Club Membership refers to the Gold Readers Club Membership Programme of the Don Bosco Magazine.
• No two offers or discounts can be clubbed together unless specified otherwise.
• Gold Readers Club Membership will not be entitled to any of the benefits under the Gold Readers Club Membership which are not specified in this scheme.
• Misuse of Gold Readers Club Membership Cards or Programme benefits may result in termination of Gold Readers Club Membership.
• The Gold Readers Club Membership Card is valid for use during the period indicated on it and/or till the validity of Gold Readers Club Membership.
• Don Bosco Magazine reserves the right to revise terms and conditions as well as rules and regulations governing the Gold Readers Club Membership without prior notice.
• By using his/her Gold Readers Club Membership Card and/or quoting his/her Gold Readers Club Membership Number to Don Bosco Magazine and/or any Programme Partners, also consents to information about him/her being supplied to Programme Partners with whom Don Bosco Magazine has/ may have arrangements for the provision of services to the Gold Readers Club Members.
• Benefits and offers available through the Programme Partners may change or be withdrawn without prior intimation. • The Gold Club Readers Membership card given to all Gold Readers Club Members remains the property of Don Bosco Magazine at all times and the same must be returned on request.
• All rights of ownership and usage of the card lie with the Don Bosco Magazine.
