10.Terms and Condition

General conditions
• Gold Readers Club Membership is open to Indian Citizens above 18 years of age only.
• Gold Readers Club Membership Card / Gold Readers Club Membership refers to the Gold Readers Club Membership Programme of the Don Bosco Magazine.
• No two offers or discounts can be clubbed together unless specified otherwise.
• Gold Readers Club Membership will not be entitled to any of the benefits under the Gold Readers Club Membership which are not specified in this scheme.
• Misuse of Gold Readers Club Membership Cards or Programme benefits may result in termination of Gold Readers Club Membership.
• The Gold Readers Club Membership Card is valid for use during the period indicated on it and/or till the validity of Gold Readers Club Membership.
• Don Bosco Magazine reserves the right to revise terms and conditions as well as rules and regulations governing the Gold Readers Club Membership without prior notice.
• By using his/her Gold Readers Club Membership Card and/or quoting his/her Gold Readers Club Membership Number to Don Bosco Magazine and/or any Programme Partners, also consents to information about him/her being supplied to Programme Partners with whom Don Bosco Magazine has/ may have arrangements for the provision of services to the Gold Readers Club Members.
• Benefits and offers available through the Programme Partners may change or be withdrawn without prior intimation. Don Bosco Magazine will not be responsible for any liability arising from such situations. Don Bosco Magazine will also not be held responsible for any liability arising from use of such offers.
Miscellaneous
• Gold Readers Club members must sign their card on the reverse as soon as it is received. This card bearing the Gold Readers Club Member’s name, when signed, indicated acceptance of all terms and conditions, which are subject to revision by Don Bosco Magazine from time to time.
• The Gold Club Readers Membership card given to all Gold Readers Club Members remains the property of Don Bosco Magazine at all times and the same must be returned on request.
• All rights of ownership and usage of the card lie with the Don Bosco Magazine.
• The Gold Readers Club Membership cards issued are not credit cards.
• Don Bosco reserves the right to modify or close the Gold Readers Club Membership Programme at any given time without assigning any reason. It may also decide to close the Gold Readers Club Membership for a period of time as decided by the management.
Limitations of Liability
• Don Bosco Magazine and/or Programme Partners shall not be liable to any Gold Reader or his/her nominee or companion, for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense of any kind whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with the Programme and/or the provision or the refusal to provide any benefits, whether such loss, damage or expense is caused by negligence orotherwise, and whether Don Bosco Magazine and/or its Programme Partners have any control over the circumstances giving rise to the claim or not.
• Don Bosco Magazine will endeavour to ensure the availability and the quality of services provided by Programme Partners but will not be liable for any loss arising from the failure by Programme Partners to provide services or for any reason whatsoever.
