Should you lose your coupon, you will be given another coupon by paying Rs. 250/-. Similarly you can apply for new membership card if you lose your membership card. You can apply again for another membership card mentioning a secret number that would be written on your coupon. To avail the Duplicate membership card please send us Rs.100/- as M.O / D.D/ Cheque drawn in favour of “Don Bosco Magazine.” payable at Chennai.
Kindly do not lose the coupons since they are your tickets to receive the gifts sent to you. You can receive the new set of coupons with new coupon code only after paying Rs. 250/- and after returning the remaining coupons with your previous coupon code for the rest of the months.
N.B: 1) For outstation cheques kindly add Rs.30 towards bank charges.
2) Kindly ensure that this is sent in by Registered post or courier. We are not responsible for any loss of correspondence.
3) Kindly mention your membership number, e-mail, and address for correspondence, clearly in BLOCK letters in all correspondence with us.
